Michael Hartmann and Markus Vodosek present their research paper „Dynamic Managerial Capabilities and Relationships: The Role of Social Relations in Strategic Change“ at the international conference of the strategic management society (SMS) in Denver this year. In their paper, the authors focus on the interplay of social relations and manager’s abilities to enact strategic change in organizations. The paper has been nominated for the best conference paper award and best student paper award. The conference of the SMS is one of the most important conferences in the field of strategic management. The conference attracts highly experienced researchers and managers.
